Logistics Questions

What operations and technology teams ask us before starting.

Usually extend, at least at first. Most operations have years of process baked into the incumbent, and a full replacement risks the business. We commonly build the field apps and tracking layer on top, prove them, and only then discuss replacing the core.

The app holds its own database and keeps working — scans, trip updates and ePOD are recorded locally and queued. When the device reconnects they sync in order, and conflicts resolve on rules we agree with you rather than last-write-wins.

In most cases yes. Telematics providers and handheld vendors expose APIs or feeds, and we have integrated the common ones. We confirm your specific models during scoping instead of assuming — that is the item that most often surprises people.

A first depot on a focused scope — shipments, driver app, tracking — is typically a matter of months, not weeks, and the rollout after that is faster because the hard integration work is done once.
